For today’s blog post I want to go all the way back to August 26th, 1999. Yes, 24 years ago!!! Hypno-comedian Jay Medicine Hat was in town for the weekend. He was performing at the local comedy club. He stopped by “The Rick and Scott Show” and we had him hypnotize “Rovin’ Ralph”.
There are 7 different segments in this interview. The audio starts out a little distorted, but stick with it…because it does get better. You’ll hear Lesleigh make reference to taking some pictures — I wish I knew what happened to those pictures. I would have loved to have been able to include them here on this post.

I saw Jay’s show 3 or 4 different times. It was an incredible comedy/stage performance. Sadly, Jay passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2012 at the age of 52. Here is an article on his death from the Sioux City Journal.

The freebeer and hot wings show said you had a blog with audio clips so I had to find it, I’m glad they did that on the radio this morning. I have so many fond memories of you guys in the morning and this by far is one of the greatest. I don’t think I have ever laughed so hard in my life when I listened to this live on the air. Thank you so much for the memories and posting these audio clips. R.B. was definitely one of the greats and is truly missed.
