Friday, February 3rd, 2017 is “Working Naked Day”. The day was created by Lisa Kanarek eight years ago “to remind everyone who works from home to celebrate the freedom to work where you want, when you want, and to wear whatever you want.” You can read more about Lisa and why she started “Working Naked Day” on her website at www.workingnaked.com. It sounds like a great reason for some to get naked!
About a week ago, a British study that was published in the Journal of Happiness Studies, came to the conclusion that taking off your clothes around strangers is probably good for you! The study found the longer a person had been practicing naturism, and the more frequently they did it, the happier they were.
850 people took part in the study. The participants were asked to fill out an online survey. Those who spent time naked were happier with their bodies. Dr Keon West explained the findings of the studio in the following video.

So, today we can take nakedness a little further, and if we work from home, we can do it without clothing. You know you want to try it!
Full disclosure…I have been to a few nudists resorts and a couple of nude beaches. Once you get over that initial shock of stripping down and being naked in front of other people, it really is relaxing and comfortable. After a period of time, you actually stop thinking about the fact you are sitting there in the nude. Many people don’t realize it, but there are actually nudist resorts here in the state of Michigan!
Did I put this post together while sitting naked in front of the computer? No one will ever know…well except for my dogs Scooby and Moose…and they aren’t telling!
Take care and stay bare! And be HAPPY!
Who wants to get naked?!
