It seems like every week I hear someone talking about BAD customer service. People commenting on how they’ve tried to reach out to service companies for information… only to never have their called returned. It doesn’t matter what type of service business – lawn service, painters, pest control, snow plowing, plumbing – the list goes on and on. Did you forget to pack your brain?
One of my favorite vacation spots is Yellowstone National Park. I have been out there about a half dozen times over the years.
The thing I admire most about the park is how the wildlife remains there in their natural habitat and “most” tourists and visitors know to leave them alone and let them live the life of a wild animal. (READ MORE)
